Our company specializes in the up-gradation and modernization of toilet facilities in railway coaches, both LHB and ICF. Till date, we have completed 10,948 units of toilet upgrades. These upgrades are designed to enhance hygiene, safety and passenger experience, aligning with the modernization efforts within the Indian Railways network.

It was first introduced in Indian Railways in 2014 by Acme India for assisting specially abled. Indian Railways earned accolades worldwide for this initiative. We have all India presence and till date have done more than 35000 coaches without any complaints
FRP panels & ceilings are commonly used in IR coaches. We have an inhouse capacity of manufacturing FRP Panels & Ceilings on monthly basis with EN 45545 HL grade.
Seat & berths are made of EN 45545 compliant PU foam & fire barrier. We are supplying the same to IR for both Day trains & long distance trains.
Made up of Aluminum Composite Panel complying to HL3 Level of EN45545 grade. The product is highly durable, long lasting, and a virtually maintenance-free material
Both Side openable IC door mechanism was introduced to railways by Acme to enhance passenger safety. It is being used in all AC trains and is EN 45545 compliant.
Toilet doors are made of Aluminum profiles with FRP/DGFRP/Aluminum panels. Acme has contributed a lot in enhancing the quality of the doors & its mechanism.
